He coaches them on how to say it by aligning voice, body language, and gestures to communicate with purpose by applying his 20 years of acting and improv experience.

He has delivered effective communication skills training to new sales members, up-and-coming leaders, and senior executives at Accenture, KPMG, Walgreens, Volkswagen, Yusen Terminals, and CCC Information Systems, among others.

When he's not coaching, you can find him running, golfing, or salsa dancing.
